About Project

CEBBCO required a modernized brand identity and corporate positioning to align their heavy engineering legacy with their growing role in national infrastructure. To support this transition, we built a comprehensive brand experience. Our work encompassed brand strategy, visual identity design, corporate collateral, and a redesigned digital platform. Every touchpoint was engineered to highlight their large-scale manufacturing capacity, precision engineering, and long-standing partnership with critical defense and transport sectors.

01. Strategy

We repositioned CEBBCO from a traditional body builder into a high-precision heavy engineering and mobility infrastructure leader. By centering their narrative around scale, defense-grade reliability, and railway modernization, we built a high-confidence positioning framework tailored for institutional clients and government bodies.

02. Research

We analyzed the procurement and evaluation criteria of major OEMs, defense sector authorities, and national transit boards. By mapping their expectations around compliance, engineering precision, and operational scale, we identified the key visual and verbal proofs needed to reinforce CEBBCO's market leadership.

03. Design & Dev

We created a robust visual identity system that reflects industrial strength, stability, and character. We built a strategic corporate website designed to showcase their multi-sector manufacturing capabilities and communicate undeniable operational scale.

CEBBCO (Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co. Limited) is a premier Indian manufacturer producing commercial vehicle bodies, trailers, freight wagons, and locomotive components. They serve major national entities including Indian Railways, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, and the Ministry of Defence.
